When it comes to living your best life, I know you want to be more courageous. But in order to do that, you need permission to be extraordinary.

Problem is, you’re afraid to be the one to give yourself that permission, which makes you feel small.

I believe you are                                            and need to honor who you are and how you were made.

That said, I understand what it feels like to be afraid and feel small. Or to shrink in when some days take the wind right out of your sails. Really what it feels like is a swift kick to the tenders. It amazes me how much craziness can derail my plans in such a short amount of time. I used to think I was the problem. Like maybe if I had better systems, better discipline, I could control some of these variables in my life.

Hi there,

Consider this your permission slip.

already extraordinary

Time for something different!

While systems and discipline are amazing, the truth is that there is a whole slew of things that are simply not in our control. The best we can hope for in these situations is the mental fortitude to withstand and a good friend to laugh about it with. One of my favorite lines from the movie Steel Magnolias is “laughter through tears is my favorite emotion.” ⁣

I’ve been through some hard challenges, and I’m still standing. And if you’re feeling like you need someone to lean on or to remind you who you are when you momentarily forget the truths about your divine identity, come sit by me.
